RN Manager / Senior Living New

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Manager / Senior Living to fill an opening with a large Healthcare Network in Blaine, MN.

Daily Responsibilities for RN Manager / Senior Living:

• The RN Manager / Senior Living will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff alongside the facility director – includes staffing, coaching, and new hire training.
• This RN Manager / Senior Living plays a vital role in providing clinical oversight of resident care plans, assessing current and prospective residents, and ensuring that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications for RN Manager / Senior Living:

• Active RN license in Minnesota and/or compact license
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications for RN Manager / Senior Living:

• Leadership experience
• Assisted Living/LTC experience

Pay Details: $68,000 - $79,560 plus a $5,000 sign on bonus!
