Part Time - Registered Nurse Occupational Health New

Part Time Occupational Health Registered Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s well-known client located in Northfield, MN.

This clinic provides occupational and preventative care for employees. Must be comfortable working autonomously as you will be the only medical professional onsite

Schedule: (20 hours/week)
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur | 2pm - 7pm

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of MN
• Minimum three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Preferred experience in: Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, School Nursing, Corrections and/or Family Medicine type setting
• Recent clinical experience and strong first-aid skills
  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns as sole clinical provider during the shift
• Provide medical testing such as EKGs, pulmonary function, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests
• Provide wellness materials/information
• Refer to higher level of care
• Respond to emergencies and provide emergency medical care for employees onsite
