Call Center Nurse RN – Field-Based (Arkansas)

Location: Field-Based (occasional office presence may be requested)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Rate: Starting @ $35.00/hourly

Dress Code: Professional attire suitable for remote and field-based work

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Call Center Nurse supporting adult and aging Medicaid beneficiaries across Arkansas. This field-based role involves conducting remote functional assessments and providing clinical support via telehealth technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting functional assessments for adult and aging Medicaid beneficiaries.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms and mobile technology (e.g., hotspots) to complete remote evaluations.
• Triaging patient needs and documenting findings accurately.
• Communicating with beneficiaries and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Returning patient messages and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Sending faxes and managing documentation workflows.
• Obtaining and reviewing patient medical histories.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active RN Licensure in Arkansas
• 3–5 years of experience working with adult and aging populations
• Experience conducting functional assessments
• High level of comfort with technology, including remote work tools and telehealth platforms
• Strong motivational interviewing and communication skills
