Position Description

Job Title: RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Location: Minnesota counties served by Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule: FT or PT + Flexible On-Call/Weekend
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers
  • Provide education and resources for families and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • Current MN RN license
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Previous home care or clinical nursing preferred
